Spring Grants Cycle
Early January: Applicants are invited to apply.
April-June: Arca Foundation’s Board of Trustees makes grant determinations. Board decisions are communicated via email two to three weeks following the board meeting.
Fall Grants Cycle
Early July: Applicants are invited to apply.
November: Arca Foundation’s Board of Trustees makes grant determinations. Board decisions are communicated via email two to three weeks following the board meeting.

Arca is not accepting unsolicited grant applications. The information below is only applicable to invited grant applicants and is subject to change.
Proposal deadlines are on February 1 and August 1 for the spring and fall cycles, respectively. Out-of-cycle and emergency proposals are not considered unless solicited by the Foundation. The Foundation will request further information regarding your application if needed.
The Arca Foundation Board of Trustees meets twice annually. The Foundation approves grants at these semi-annual board meetings, usually held in April-June and November of each year. Board decisions are communicated via email two to three weeks following each board meeting.
